Saint Marnock’s National School is a co-educational, Catholic primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin. It caters for children from diverse social and cultural backgrounds in all classes from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. While the school espouses a Catholic ethos which cultivates a living relationship with God and other people, it also gives due recognition to all other religions.

St. Marnock’s School strives to develop the spiritual, moral, emotional, cognitive, physical, aesthetic, social and cultural dimensions of the pupils’ lives in a safe, caring environment where the foundations are laid for happiness and fulfilment in later education and adult life.

A dedicated staff is committed to enabling pupils realise their full potential as unique individuals through their active involvement in a learning process which is imaginative and stimulating.

St. Marnock’s School envisages parents who are supportive of the work of the school and committed to and interested in their children’s education. Strong home/school links are fostered and parents are encouraged to support the activities organised by St. Marnock’s Parents’ Association.
