A tough day on the battle field for our Senior Boys this week in St Marnocks.
Travelling away to Binn Eadair, at the top of Howth head the boys played against an extremely talented St Fintans NS.
After a slow start to the game, the Marnocks lads found themselves under big pressure at half time. They were up against it. The power and size of the opposition was a major factor.
After a heated talk with Mr Spellacy at half time, the boys came out fighting in the second half, showing a hard working and grit like attitude. With the wind at their back the Marnocks lads were well on top in the second half showing bravery and grit all throughout.
Once again well done to all of the players on the day and a massive thank you to the parents/ guardians and teachers who help to make these games possible.
