The sports side of St Marnock's NS is back up and running after a long cold winter. We have plenty of games in the pipeline with more children than ever taking part across many sports.
We are back training on the sports field. Hurling, camogie, soccer and basketball are back up and running. We have our boys and girls playing this week in the Spar 5 aside competition this week in River Valley Park. This is our warm up for our 11 aside competition. This is the first ever year we have an 11 aside team in the school.
Preparations for hurling and camogie competitions are underway. The CnmB competitions will begin straight away after the Easter Break. For the first time ever CnmB have created a junior girls camogie competition this year.
Basketball training is also back with games being organised in the coming few weeks.
Thank you to all the teachers and children volunteering their mornings for training and thank you to the parents for supplying lifts to and from all of the games.
