Our Senior girls football team had a fantastic year to date.
Looking back at our tournament, the team trained 2 or 3 mornings a week and we’re in the Comhar Linn competition of the Cumann na Mbunscoil.
We had a panel of 22 players and we are proud to say that every match our team played, every player that was available on the day got to take part and play.
The team had a couple of huge performances throughout the year winning all of their group games, quater final and semi final.
We fell at the final hurdle, but we’re ultimately delighted to get our opportunity now to play in Croke Park. This is the second year in a row that we have got to the opportunity to play there and the players were delighted.
