We have been very busy in Room 10 this week investigating and enjoying Science Week! We began a gummy bear experiment earlier in the week to see how the bears react when left in a cup of water. The children made fantastic predictions about what will happen to the bear and have been keeping an eye on the bears each morning. We checked our bears today for the final time and the results were amazing! Take a look at some of the pictures of our GIANT gummy bears.
On Wednesday we experimented with “walking on air”, and what fun we had! We took a class vote as to whether or not the balloons would pop or stay strong, and the results were fascinating. We managed to have a total of 10 very brave children walking on air!!!
We have had so much fun taking part in Science Week.
