Sixth class were delighted to receive a visit from Rod Smith.
In the lead up to this, they recieved a version of Oppenheimer, written by Rod. It was an excellent read and gave the children so much information about the topic.
Rod came in to visit our school and spent an hour discussing how to write a book with the children. He completed some quick story telling and described the challenges and the enjoyment involved in writing books.
It was an excellent visit and a great way of celebrating Book Week.
