All the children in room 13 were very busy during March in school. We celebrated Seachtain na Gaeilge and did lots of fun things like learning An Haka Gaelach, damhsa sa halla le Ms. T. Phlean, had a tóraíocht taisce and watched a ceolchoirm sa halla. We carried out an investigation on eggs and watched them carefully to see what vinegar did to an eggshell and what water did to it. We learned about Mexico and got some first hand information from a boy in our class who had been there on holidays - he told us about Chichén Itza! We learnt about what Spring time means for nature and for animals and we enjoyed making chocolate nests with chocolate eggs too.
