Last Friday, Lea Harte, a famous singer from Kildare visited the school. She played a few of her songs with her guitarist and answered some questions from the 4th, 5th and 6th class children. She had some great words of advice for the children. She advised them to always follow their dreams and to not listen to negative comments online or in real life.
Lea is 22 now but has been performing in school concerts, plays and musicals since she was a young girl. Her biggest gig so far has been playing to 10,000 people in the 02 Arena supporting Sigrid, a Norwegian singer. She supported the Coronas in the Olympia last week.
