We’ve been marking Science Week in Ms. O’Dowd’s 1st Class this week and have kindly made some toothpaste for the elephants in Dublin Zoo! We were all amazed at the chemical reaction that occurs when yeast and hydrogen peroxide mix. We predicted what would happen, noted our observations and what we learned from the experiment. We will be looking at Dancing Raisins next!
