Did you know that arctic foxes like to eat lemmings? Or that a polar bears skin is actually black in colour? We have been so busy learning all about arctic animals in 1st Class! The class learned about many different types of arctic animal and used their iPad time to research a specific animal in pairs and small groups. Our projects are on display around our classroom. We also made some lovely arctic foxes in art and completed some quizzes on the topic too. Our research skills and group work skills continues to grow and we love learning from each other.
